A plasterer applies plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth or textured finishes in buildings. They work on both new construction and renovation projects, using their skills to repair damaged plasterwork, create decorative moldings, and improve the appearance and insulation of interior spaces. Plasterers must have a good understanding of different plaster materials, be able to prepare surfaces properly, and possess the artistic skill to create uniform or custom finishes as required.
