Hourly Pay: $18 - $45

Annual Pay: $37,440 - $93,600

A concrete finisher specializes in working with concrete after it has been poured, shaping and smoothing it to achieve the desired final appearance and texture. They use a variety of tools and techniques to level, compact, and treat concrete surfaces for floors, walls, sidewalks, and other structures. Concrete finishers must have a good understanding of concrete properties, be able to work quickly before the concrete sets, and possess the skills to create durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes.
